Your Healthy Eating Support Group Tip

Eat a healthy variety of fish once or twice a week.

Fish is a good source of heart-healthy, anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids. But fish is also a source of mercury poisoning. The healthiest fish to choose is the Wild Alaska Salmon - avoid farmed salmon.

The most dangerous seafood is smoked fish because if not handled properly, is may contain harmful microorganisms that can cause illness.
