Healthy Coffee and Healthy Hot Chocolate
Could it really be possible?
Now, I'm not a fan of the commercial coffees and a hot chocolate beverages that are on the market. In fact, I don't recommend that people drink coffee at all. And I even wrote about the misleading, deceptive advertising about rich cholaty ovaltine which promotes the beverage as healthy for kids in the
July 7 entry of my Food Additives blog
- scroll down, almost to the bottom of the page.
But for you coffee lovers and hot chocolate lovers, there is good news. Global Health Trax has just come out with coffee and chocolate beverages made from ganoderma mushroom.
Ganoderma is no ordinary mushroom. It is full of health benefits. It
- Enhances and helps regulate healthy immune and endocrine systems
- Supports healthy circulation
- Helps eliminate harmful free radicals
- Supports normal, healthy DNA synthesis and the activity and production of macrophages in healthy bodies
- Assists in normalizing T and B lymphocytes, which are known to restrain the spread of sick cells
- Offers temporary relief from pain
- Supports normal levels of liver detoxification
- Helps support healthy kidney functioning
You can drink these beverages and feel that you are actually doing something good for your health, while you enjoy the taste of coffee or chololate.
Now, I'm not a coffee drinker, so I haven't tried the coffees. But I did try the ganoderma chocolate beverage. And let me tell you ... it really did taste like REAL chocolate. Not only was it good, it has all the wonderful health benefits of ganoderma, with the taste of real chocolate.
You won't find these beverages in the grocery store. They're only available from Global Health Trax. And since these are brand new products, they're having a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" special offer right now. I don't know how long this is going to last, so if you'd like to take advantage of this or find out more before you do,
check it out here
A word of caution: Don't go overboard. Use with moderation. As with anything, too much of even a good thing is not good. So my personal recommendation, if you choose to try these products, is to start with one serving a day. If you tend to be sensitive, then start with a half serving or less. If you want to drink more than one serving, work up to it gradually.
Enjoy, guilt free!
