Healthy Eating - Healthier You
When you eat healhty food, your body will function better and you will feel better, look better, have more energy, think more clearly, be more alert, lower your risk for cancer, heart disease, diabetes and obesity, and you'll enjoy life more! If this sounds good to you, join us to learn how to eat more healthfully.
When: Wednesdays, 9/17/08 and 9/24/08, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Who: Ages 13 - adult
Where: East Valley Community Center, 2245 E. Valley Pkwy, Escondido, CA
Fee: Adults $35, Children 16 and under accompanied by an adult $15.
A $15 material fee per family is due at the first class.
